COVA's delivery, payment, returns and privacy information. Contact the merchant below for help with your request.
Delivery is currently available within Cairo only. An 80 EGP delivery fee applies to every order; there is no free shipping. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Cash on Delivery is the only configured payment method.
COVA's merchant-requested windows are 2 days for returns and 2 days for exchanges after delivery. These are merchant requests, not statutory limits, and they do not limit rights provided by applicable Egyptian law. The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency describes a general 14-day return or exchange right, subject to legal exceptions, and a 30-day remedy for defective goods. Contact COVA with your request or any defect so the merchant can explain the applicable return, exchange and refund process.
Consumer Protection Agency: return and exchange guidancePrices are displayed in EGP. Cash on Delivery is the only configured payment method. The customer reviews and sends a WhatsApp order request; COVA must confirm availability and delivery details before an order is accepted. Opening a draft does not submit or confirm an order. Protected Preview ordering remains disabled.
The cart, wishlist, and language choice are stored in this browser's local storage. Checkout details are sent securely to this website to validate your request and prepare the WhatsApp draft; this application does not save those delivery details or create an order record. Opening WhatsApp shares the draft with WhatsApp. COVA receives your request only after you press Send there. Preview mode does not open WhatsApp or submit the checkout form.
COVA does not set advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. Three strictly functional local-storage entries are used: cova_cart for the bag, cova_wishlist for saved items, and cova_lang for the English/Arabic choice. Use Cookie settings in the footer to review them or clear the saved data at any time. Merchant sign-in uses essential authentication cookies.
